Retired Lieutenant Colonel Scott Mann spent 23 years in the United States Army.  He spent 18 of those years as a Green Beret where he specialized in unconventional, high-stakes missions all over the world.  Scott’s problem-solving abilities were honed during long deployments in places where trust was absent and conflict rampant, with only seconds to make real connections with local communities. Scott now helps organizations and business leaders master these same human connection techniques with his company Rooftop Leadership, which proudly runs on EOS

Gino Wickman

Having been an entrepreneur since the age of 21, Gino had an obsession for learning what makes businesses thrive.  Based on his years of real-world experience, he created the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a practical method for helping companies achieve greatness. He has personally delivered more than 1,900 full-day sessions for more than 135 companies, helping them implement EOS. He is also the author of the award-winning, best-selling book Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business, as well as Get A Grip, Rocket Fuel, How To Be A Great Boss and What the Heck is EOS?. Tom Barrett

Tom Barrett, Certified EOS Implementer®, works from the intersection of what he is most passionate about and equipped to do by facilitating entrepreneurial leadership teams to clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision.  Tom began his career as a CPA in public accounting and consulting, then spent 13 years helping lead two growing entrepreneurial organizations. In 2015, he co-founded Navigate the Journey, a firm that helps entrepreneurs get what they want from their business. During this time, he was drawn to the practicality, simplicity, and results-oriented nature of EOS®.  Since 2018, Tom has focused on continually growing in his mastery of EOS implementation, helping growth-oriented entrepreneurs to get what they want from their business and their lives. 

Rene' Boer

Rene’ is the best-selling co-author, with Gino
Wickman, of How to Be a Great Boss. Before becoming an EOS Implementer® in 2008, he spent 30 years in the restaurant industry as an owner, franchisee, and executive at well-known brands such as Pizza Hut and Jamba Juice. He’s worked with 70 entrepreneurial companies and completed over 800 sessions helping owners, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams gain the traction necessary to achieve their shared vision. He has facilitated dozens of Be a Great Boss workshops with hundreds of leaders and managers to improve communication, set clear expectations, and develop their teams. A life-long cyclist, he has ridden thousands of miles to help raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s research as well as a charter high school in Chicago.

Victoria Cabot

Victoria’s worked with big names, driving significant enterprise growth for Blue Chips, start-ups, and family businesses. She’s held key positions in product development for GAP, J. Crew, Darn Tough Socks, and Burton Snowboards. As an “intrapreneur” working alongside Jake Burton, Victoria started the Kids’ Clothing Division, growing it to $20M in revenue (55% margins) in three years. Victoria became an EOS Implementer® in 2015, helping dozens of business leaders rewrite a brighter future for their companies. She is an authorized partner/facilitator of Everything DiSC by Wiley®, and Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions program. In addition to her role as President of Velocity 6, a leadership development
company, Victoria supports an incubator program fostering student start-up student businesses.

Lorie Clements

Lorie Clements is a Certified EOS Implementer®, running a full Implementer practice serving approximately 30 clients from a wide variety of industries. Lorie has led companies from start-ups and P/E backed firms to turnarounds and growth stage companies across nine industries and seven countries. Before founding Springboard Solutions, Lorie served as President of a Texas wide services company, as COO of an innovative Healthcare IT company, she was the CFO tasked with securing investment capital for solar energy power plants, as vice president in several roles for business development, sales, and marketing, for both small and large companies. She was named a “40 Under 40” in 2013 and a “Woman To Watch in 2016”, both by the Houston Business Journal. 

Eric Coryell

Eric dedicates his working life to helping other leaders engage their employees through the creation of functional and accountable teams. He learned the importance and impact of achieving meaningful levels of trust and accountability in organizations during his “working career” which spanned twenty years across three different manufacturing organizations.  Through the course of these years he held a variety of positions, including two stints as President, during which he learned a lot about the promises and pitfalls of leadership and leading teams.

Jim Coyle

Jim’s entrepreneurial journey included owning several successful businesses.  After experiencing the common challenges of meeting payroll, managing cash flow, and leading people, Jim realized there had to be a simpler way. He started a business advisory company and created an approach that was very effective. When Jim discovered EOS®, he knew this was the next step on his journey. As an EOS Implementer®, Jim has facilitated over 500 sessions and has become one of only a handful of EOS Implementer Coaches.

Sean O'Driscoll

As a Certified EOS Implementer®, speaker, facilitator, and EOS® Coach, Sean draws from his leadership experience in five different entrepreneurial companies as well as from his ten years-experience with EOS to help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get what they want from their businesses. Sean introduced EOS to two companies he worked with and was so impressed with its impact on the businesses and the lives of the people involved, that he decided to become an EOS Implementer®.  He brings experience from the client and Implementer sides of the table and a passion for helping entrepreneurs. Sean has personally delivered over 500 EOS sessions with over 50 companies and continues to enjoy the satisfaction of making a difference in businesses and people’s lives. He is also one of a small group of EOS Worldwide Coaches who help onboard and mentor new EOS Implementers.

Mike Paton

Mike Paton is passionate about helping entrepreneurs. After growing up in a household full of teachers and entrepreneurs and cutting his teeth in banking, he spent ten years leading entrepreneurial companies before discovering EOS® in 2007. Instantly drawn to its timeless concepts and simple, practical tools, he became one of the first Professional EOS Implementers®. Since then he’s conducted over 1,200 sessions for more than 120 companies, co-authored the book Get A Grip with Gino Wickman, conducted action-packed talks and workshops around the world, and spent five years as EOS Worldwide’s Visionary. Today he spends all his time helping entrepreneurs implement EOS, run better businesses, and live better lives.

Merrick Rosenberg

Merrick is a keynote speaker and thought leader on personality styles and team development. He specializes in helping people utilize their personality styles to build better relationships and create an engaging work environment. He is co-founder of two organizations: Team Builders Plus (1991) and Take Flight Learning (2012). Under his guidance as CEO, Take Flight Learning earned numerous awards including recognition by Philadelphia’s Business Journal as a “Fastest Growing Companies” and “Best Places to Work.” NJ Biz magazine selected the company as “New Jersey Business of the Year.” Taking Flight with DISC was recognized as the Best Personality Styles Training Program in the United States by Corporate Vision Magazine. Merrick received his MBA specializing in Organizational Development from Drexel University, where he was recognized as “Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year.” He authored The Chameleon, Taking Flight!, and Personality Wins, three books about stepping into the power of your personality.

Brett Stewart

After a successful corporate career in consulting, turnarounds, and as CFO of a billion-dollar insurance company, Brett decided to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Since then, he has started and helped run three different businesses. The last of those was a healthcare company Brett took over and turned around from a $400k loss to a profit of $1.2 million in four years. He later read Traction and learned about The Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). After using EOS in his business and seeing its power first-hand, Brett set out to help others get what they want from their businesses. He now spends all his time coaching entrepreneurs and their teams, helping them implement EOS so they can reach their goals and enjoy the journey.

Jeanet Wade is one of theTop 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business and is a Forbes Books featured author. In her 26 year career, she has coached and consulted with over 125 privately-held businesses across the U.S. and has served on leadership teams at start-ups, small family-owned businesses, and large corporations. She recently published The Human Team: So, You Created a Team But People Showed Up! to help leaders and managers facilitate human energy on teams and understand the fundamental needs of people in order to nurture and engage stronger outcomes.

Nate Wolfson

Nate Wolfson is a lifelong entrepreneur. He started his first company at age 23, grew it from three to 65 employees over seven years, then sold it to Staples in 2008. He then took over a struggling web development firm, implemented EOS®, and grew it into a three-time Inc. Magazine “5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America” honoree. Nate became a Certified EOS Implementer® in 2015. Since then, he has helped more than 75 companies successfully implement EOS. A recognized leader within the EOS Implementer Community™, Nate leads the EOS Detroit Quarterly Collaborative Exchange™ as well as the  quarterly Boot Camp for new Professional EOS Implementers®.
